Designed for any busy commercial kitchen, the Waldorf 800 Series RNL8610SEC Electric Range with Convection Oven features a 6 cooking zone electric cooktop on a convection oven. This lower back model features 6x 2.6kW cast iron hot plate elements are equipped with thermal protection offering exceptional consistency and power.

The 2/1 GN electric convection oven is perfect for baking and roasting. It features a 4.5kW bottom heat element and a 2.0kW top heat element with a 100W oven fan motor for even heat distribution within the chamber.

The fully welded and vitreous enamelled oven liner ensures easy cleaning. The cooktop features heat resistant control knob for precise temperature control. The aluminised steel internal construction and heavy-duty stainless steel finish make this unit as durable and easy to clean as the rest of the Waldorf 800 Series range.
